360° Assessment

They run 360 MIRROR  Leadership Program as a diagnostic tool designed specifically for social entrepreneurs to get feedback from their colleagues, employees, boards, and partners.

Fellowship will reorganize leadership assessments of selected fellows before the end of the fellowship and then track their progress 1, 3, 5 and 10 years after the fellowship.

Leadership Development Plan

The final results of the 360 MIRROR will be used by each participant with his / her professional executive coach. A 360 MIRROR program with data points with 3months interaction to 1-1 coach contact that will produce unique leadership skills within each partner.

Executive Coaching + Business Mentorship

Each Fellow will be paired with 1C Suite Business Executive and 1 Professional Executive who will act as a supervisor. Fellows of the 12-month fellowship program will receive 1 to 1 business guides and executive training sessions via Phone / Skype / WhatsApp.

Annual Summit

Each partner will attend the International Annual Meeting, which will be held each spring. The Global Good Fund Summit is a 4 day event that will provide a networking platform for business leaders, fellows, executive coaches, alumni and Global Good Fund staff.
