There are various steps for applying at CSC Scholarship 2021 under WMO Program. If you want to submit an application completely than you have to follow the below-given steps:

First of all, you have to apply to WMO Secretariat for the CGS opportunity

Step 2:

 If you get a recommendation by WMO Secretariat as an eligible candidate then you have to apply for the Pre-admission Letter to your target university

After submitting the online application form you have to print the hard copy.
