About Maybank ASEAN Scholarship:
The Maybank Foundation and the ASEAN Secretariat are collaborating mutually together to bring the ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship. It is one of the great initiatives taken by the Maybank Foundation that has the sole aim to promote higher education in this area in order to bring together the Socio-Cultural Community of the ASEAN countries. This scholarship program has been designed according to the needs of ASEAN students.
This is a Fully Funded Scholarship that will be given to deserving and talented students of ASEAN. Students will be able to get higher education in the ASEAN's top universities. The first intake of scholars under the ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship program will be in 2022 and will initially launch the best scholars in the top public universities in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore through the ASEAN Foundation and in collaboration with the ASEAN University Network.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Only 10 ASEAN countries(Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) are eligible for this scholarship
- Applicants should belong to the ASEAN countries
- Applicants should have good academic records
- Applicants should be good in extracurricular activities
- A CGPA of 3.0 in the pre-university study is also required
- Applicants can only apply in the eligible fields of studies
- An admission offer letter from the eligible university in ASEAN countries is also required
